The Movement Clinic is a professional soft tissue clinic dedicated to the treatment of muscular injuries, chronic tension disorders and lymphatic system dysfunction due to cancer, trauma or disease. This is facilitated through the use of remedial massage and manual lymphatic drainage.

The aim of the clinic is to provide clients with the best possible treatments available. Techniques provided have sustained results for improving muscle function, stress related disorders and lymphatic efficiency.

The clinic offers several types of massage, including; Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Remedial Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Lymphoedema Therapy.

The Movement Clinic is located on St Kilda Road close to public transport, Melbourne CBD, Prahran, Toorak, St Kilda and South Melbourne providing clients easy access to the clinic.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

In 2007 The Movement Clinic incorporated lymphatic drainage treatments for Lymphoedema and Plastic Surgery Recovery as part of rehabilitation and maintenance service for clients suffering from post cancer, disease or trauma swelling and bruising.

Treatments consist of hands on therapy using the Dr Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage combined with skin care and education. Our therapist has a international accreditation, and is a registered member of several Lymphoedema Associations.

The Movement Clinic works with a number of medical professionals in private practice and hospital settings to ensure that the best possible care is extended to all clients.
